Blaine, Ohio, is a village in Belmont County, Southeast Ohio. It is about equal distance between St. Clairsville and the Ohio River. Map

National Road "S" Bridge

The historic Blaine Bridge is the oldest in Ohio. Built in 1828, it is the longest and last "S" three-arch stone bridge standing on the entire National Road. It is located on Historic National Road in Blaine, off I-70 between Exits 220 & 225. It is being restored.
